I’ve lost nearly 20 pounds!

Joining the scale crusher team was one of the best decisions I’ve made. I closed out 2019 determined to make 2020 a year to focus on my health and fitness, given some preexisting health conditions and aging lol. I started slow with not much optimism so I struggled with committing to a routine and consistency. Admittedly, the hardest part for me was the diet. But it wasn’t until I became a scale crusher in May/June that I began to gain more confidence and see results! Drew’s nutrition + cardio program was tailored to my needs and provided quick results. He also provided encouraging words when I was feeling discouraged and needed an extra boost to keep going. Daily updates and check-ins are a plus too! I’m so proud of myself for achieving my weekly goals! All in all, I’ve lost nearly 20 pounds since becoming a scale crusher and I’m loving every bit of it!  I’m so grateful for this program and highly recommend it!

Abs and my best body in my 30s!

I wish I wouldn’t have kicked and screamed – fighting every step of the way! I was so used to what had worked in the past, finally I realized that in my 30s, what worked in my 20s isn’t realistic anymore. Once I accepted the process, the plan and the changes I started to crush the scale! I was seeing all of the changes on and off the scale, it was hard but it was worth it! The Scale Crushers knew exactly what they were doing, they were professional  yet feel like family. I was most impressed that they catered to a vegan lifestyle because that is the hardest to come by! I am loving this new lifestyle, new body and new mindset! Never in a million years did I think that I would have abs and my best body in my 30s!

I had tried so many diets that even I have lost count.

My dieting journey should be a novel because there are too many stories to tell of tried and failed diet attempts for over 25 years!  Yes, you read it right, and I am not proud of this fact either, but I have tackled it with Dr. Drew’s support and re-education about how I use food and exercise.  

Throw everything out of the window that you have read about not eating fats, exercising in the morning, only eating certain foods, and it goes on and on.  I have tried so many diets that even I have lost count, but when you get tired of the merry-go-round and want to try a lifestyle that works, Dr. Drew can get you to your goals if you are willing to follow his advice and do the work.  

I have been on his lifestyle program for the past 2 1/2months and I have lost over 22 lbs, and counting.  What’s so different this time? I am learning how my body responds to the food I choose to eat, as well as the exercise and time of day that I complete  it.  The results have made me feel confident and assured that I will continue, and get off the last 15 lbs.  Finally, I have learned what works for me to lose it and keep it off.  The support has been amazing and even when my choices were not always the best, Dr. Drew got me back on track quickly, and successfully.  Dr. Drew will be able to customize a lifestyle program that works for you that you can implement into your busy lifestyle, and be confident while meeting your goals.  Thank you for giving me hope that I can lose weight and learn to keep it off.
